Complain of : Right leg pain with Back pain, Pain increasing on sitting, walking, standing, associated with numbness in the leg
MRI LS Spine : Space occupying lesion at L4-5 level on right side most probably cystic lesion compressing nerve routes.
Pain management Procedure: First treatment is planned to to do Tranforaminal epidural steroid injection, on dye injection filling defect is nicely observed between L4 and L5 nerve routes. (picture is below)
Later on Cyst is decompressed by Transfacet(intraarticular) needle approach under IITV guidance.
Yellow serous fluid came out , immediately patient became pain free.
